About Agri-THERM

Agri-THERM Limited is a Canadian company, with a head office in Dorchester, Ontario. Agri-THERM is dedicated to developing, manufacturing and marketing portable and stationary equipment for the production of BIO-oils and products from biomass, specifically agricultural residues, wastes and transition crops.

With our backgrounds in agriculture, engineering and fabrication, we analyzed various methods of dealing with agricultural products. Not being satisfied with what was currently available, we decided to create our own solution to satisfy the unique aspects of agricultural products.

In conjunction with the Western Fluidization Group, Faculty of Engineering, University of Western Ontario, we designed and patented a unique fluid bed reactor. This allowed us to design and build a mobile pyrolysis plant that addresses the unique issues associated with agricultural products.
